In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. “A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”
