“James Cawley Construction totally renovated a 3300 square foot contemporary home for us and added a large garage that worked beautifully with the design. We constantly get compliments on this house! James is brilliant, hard-working, and has good communication skills. He always answers phone calls and texts. James Cawley and his project manager are on good terms with Sarasota’s permitting office so that process goes smoothly. They also know everyone in town, getting us a fabulous designer, Rick Arieno. We can highly recommend this company.”

“Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”

“I contacted Robert H. Delafield, Inc. because I needed an enclosure built on our patio, that would let our three cats have a way to experience the outdoors but remain safe. I told Robert what I had in mind and asked if it was feasible. Not only did his carpenters build what I had envisioned, they exceeded everything I had hoped the enclosure would be. Their attention to detail and their workmanship is exquisite. The unit is built with framing on the east and north walls. The west and south walls of the house, serve as the other two sides of the unit. The French doors from the house open into the enclosure's south side along with a cat-door that was built into the house wall. The east wall has a door that leads out to the yard. A corrugated translucent roof allows light and protects from rain. The inside framing is covered with hardware cloth (a material the cats can't destroy or escape from). The outside framing holds aluminum frames for the heavy duty screening material, to keep the insects out. We are so proud of our "Catio" and the cats love it.”
