“I had a totally exceptional experience with Alex Perez's Roofing! It started with a competitive, detailed bid. After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides from competitor bids. The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. I spent time with them on the roof. They explained everything they were doing and showing me in real time while they were working. It really helped me understand (and see) exactly what they were doing. Alex and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is outstanding! I absolutely intend to bring them back in a few years for a roof check-up and will confidently refer them to neighbors, friends and family in the area!”

“JC Roofing simply has the best quality of work, workers, material, and service then anyone else I got a bid from. Their price was the best overall as well. They will always fully explain everything they suggested to be done and in some situations not needed to be done. This is an honorble family business and I still appreciate their work today. My roof is beautiful and I'm extremely happy I went with them. Don't go with anyone else, they're the real deal.”
