He even passed his entire contractor's discount on the tile on to us. The tiles are all perfectly straight and the grout is absolutely perfect. Hopefully we will be able to hire Tim to re-tile our other two bathrooms sometime in the future. Bottom line is that we felt like Tim became a member of our family and we ended up with bathrooms that far exceeded our greatest expectations. We recommend Tim with absolutely no reservation.
