We literally gave him a key to our house and even felt 100% comfortable going out of town for 10 days during the project. We appreciated that he put protective plastic down the very first day, which kept our carpet and other floor surfaces safe from damage. Tim recommended a plumber he has worked with a lot, and we were equally pleased with him and his crew. The final price was exactly the amount Tim had estimated in the beginning. He even passed his entire contractor's discount on the tile on to us. Now that the job is done, my wife and I just keep walking into both bathrooms and being amazed at the beauty and quality of Tim's work. The tiles are all perfectly straight and the grout is absolutely perfect. Hopefully we will be able to hire Tim to re-tile our other two bathrooms sometime in the future. Bottom line is that we felt like Tim became a member of our family and we ended up with bathrooms that far exceeded our greatest expectations. We recommend Tim with absolutely no reservation.
