“We purchased a Model 51000 16x7 white #1686 Stratford steel garage door with windows. and 1 8550 3/4hp LiftMaster Garage Door opener Internet Gateway with 2 remotes/keypad/wallstation. We called for and estimate and Gary came right out and gave us the estimate. We got one other estimate and decided to go with Banko. They have a good reputation and prices were competitive. We were given an installation date and the young man arrived on the day to install the door and opener, etc. He was so polite and put on his headphones and it was amazing to see him work. He put the door together was very neat and threw all the wrapping materials in his truck. He took about 3 hours and then called me out to show me how to use the keypad, remote controls, etc. He also showed us how to open the door using the manual operation, in case we lost electricity at any time. Cannot say enough of how happy we were with our purchase and customer service. Due to our driveway being uneven, we did call Banko out a few times to solve the problem of a slight gap at the bottom of the door. They ordered a wider rubber gasket for the bottom of the door and that solved the problem. Very happy with their service.”

“I have used Overhead Door Company three times in the last year. Twice on a rental property and once on my own home. Each time the scheduling was quick and courteous. Every time I was impressed by the technicians knowledge and thoroughness! My home was an adjustment of the sensors and re-programing of my remote. It was corrected quickly and professionally. The rental property had a sensor problem and a broken spring. The first visit discovered a short in the wire on the right sensor which was found and fixed quickly. While there the tech also replaced the rubber stripping on the garage door bottom. The second visit the tech quickly and professionally built a new spring and replaced the old one. In addition he found an additional short in a sensor wire which he fixed quickly and professionally! While there, the tech improved everything he touched including properly re-doing wire joints as well as lubricating all moving joints on the garage door and springs! All in all I was very, very impressed, and will use this company on all future work! Although their pricing was very reasonable I did take advantage of the specials they were offering at the time. Thank you Overhead Door!!”

“This company is one of the best-kept secrets in our area, and I'm so happy to be in on it! These guys are the best. I'm so thankful to my neighbor's contractor who referred us to Certified Garage Door, Inc. after a lightning strike took out the motor of our garage. Not only were these experts able to come to the house within less than 48 hours, but they secured a great deal on the parts needed to replace the motor and get the garage door working again. They not only did the job they expected (and with great skill), they took care of unexpected extras such as balancing the door--all for the initial price quoted. And, y'all should hear it--oh, wait, you can't because it's so very quiet!! Also, this was a rainy day with a bit of a storm and I told them, prior to their arrival, that I wouldn't mind rescheduling to keep them from coming out here on such a nasty weather day--they wouldn't consider that and came out and expertly did the job. Thanks so much, guys; we're grateful.”
