“Ilan and all Moda’s team are the top Notch !! We are so Happy with our backyard . After reviewing many other contractors we decided to go with Ilan and we are so happy we made this decision, other than a great contractor Ilan and he’s team are great people.We did pavers , turf , in ground trampoline and remodelled our pool . The attention to details , the communication ,all about this project was just excellent . Great job !”

“I'm writing this review in regards to a landscape project our condominium just completed. After interviewing a number of designers and contractors we settled with Kyle Johnson of Seed Landcare as our contractor. Kyle, working closely with Katie Cool the landscape designer, came up with a beautiful drought tollerant design. The implementations was not easy because our condo was mid-century with landscaping to boot! I was amazed at the speed in which Kyle and his crew was able to remove all the grass and shrubs to begin with a clean slate. We had two old olive trees we wanted to save which were on a mound bordered with ugly concert bricks. Kyle came up with a beautiful solution of removing the bricks and bordering the trees with natural wood boxes which his crew built. It looks fantastic! In addition to that, Seed Landcare was responsible for doing all the plumbing for the drip irrigation, planting the new trees and plants, doing electrical for the outdoor lighting and installing the water-meter timer and rain sensor. As part of Seed Landcare service, Kyle has been by the project (after completion) to make sure everything is in working order and looks great. It was a pleasure working with Kyle and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our new, drought tolerant landscaping. I would highly recommend Kyle and Seed Landcare to anyone, friends or family.”

“I had two fences on my property that needed fixing. Gill came out and fixed the welding on the hinges on one gate and welded an anchor onto the other to keep it straight. Good job on both at a reasonable price.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Darren and Rachel from start to finish. They listened to my needs and presented a thorough landscape design that included information about the plant choices and how they would grow. They removed the existing landscape, installed sprinklers, prepared the soil and planted according to the design plan, discussing any changes that were necessary. Their ideas were both innovative and environmentally friendly. I am so pleased with the results and feel that I could not have chosen a better team to transform my front and back outdoor areas. Both projects were completed on time and exceptionally well done. Their attention to detail and professionalism are evident in their finished product.
