“I'm writing this review in regards to a landscape project our condominium just completed. After interviewing a number of designers and contractors we settled with Kyle Johnson of Seed Landcare as our contractor. Kyle, working closely with Katie Cool the landscape designer, came up with a beautiful drought tollerant design. The implementations was not easy because our condo was mid-century with landscaping to boot! I was amazed at the speed in which Kyle and his crew was able to remove all the grass and shrubs to begin with a clean slate. We had two old olive trees we wanted to save which were on a mound bordered with ugly concert bricks. Kyle came up with a beautiful solution of removing the bricks and bordering the trees with natural wood boxes which his crew built. It looks fantastic! In addition to that, Seed Landcare was responsible for doing all the plumbing for the drip irrigation, planting the new trees and plants, doing electrical for the outdoor lighting and installing the water-meter timer and rain sensor. As part of Seed Landcare service, Kyle has been by the project (after completion) to make sure everything is in working order and looks great. It was a pleasure working with Kyle and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our new, drought tolerant landscaping. I would highly recommend Kyle and Seed Landcare to anyone, friends or family.”

“I hired Frankie at MDM Masonry to do my hardscape, landscaping, and outdoor lighting. I had travertine installed throughout my entire exterior and balconies, led lights installed throughout my yard, and my entire landscaping redone. He's very knowledgable about travertine and will answer any questions or concerns you have about which stone to use for your property. His work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a perfectionist and made sure I was completely happy with all the work he completed. He works very hard and is easily one of the best contractors I've hired.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Darren and Rachel from start to finish. They listened to my needs and presented a thorough landscape design that included information about the plant choices and how they would grow. They removed the existing landscape, installed sprinklers, prepared the soil and planted according to the design plan, discussing any changes that were necessary. Their ideas were both innovative and environmentally friendly. I am so pleased with the results and feel that I could not have chosen a better team to transform my front and back outdoor areas. “Ray completely designed our front and back yard including all hardscape and softscape. We wanted to put in a pool and complete outdoor living environment in our back yard, and upgrade our front yard / driveway to enrich the entire look of the property. He did a phenomenal job on the Design. We went back a forth a couple of times till we settled on exactly what we wanted. He was great at presenting us with options to fit our budget. And, he monitored the contractor during implementation which was a big help. Ray took personal pride in every detail. He has a passion for quality and settled for nothing less that perfection. We recently had to move and sell our property. I have to say our yard sold the house and we made a 100% return on our investment in our yard. I cannot recommend Ray high enough.”

“We had Drip DTS design and install a drought tolerant landscape and drip irrigation system for our front yard and a new lawn and irrigation system for our back yard. Both projects were completed on time and exceptionally well done. Their attention to detail and professionalism are evident in their finished product. We would highly recommend Drip DTS to anyone who desires to improve their landscaping or irrigation system.”
