“I am supremely happy with Launch Home Systems. They are fair, friendly, responsive and totally professional through the process. They always follow-up quickly when needed. Ron designed and installed my home theater, coordinating all the required trades, etc., and did a phenomenal job. Subsequently, I have used them for several projects from 2006 through 2013, adding security cameras, updating equipment, adding capabilities, changing cable suppliers, etc., and are always happy with them. He has also worked with my impressed neighbor on similar projects. He and his team are great. Their prices are reasonable and they don't invoice until you are totally satisfied with the project. I trust this business completely.”

“I gutted my Master Bath Down to the studs last summer and thought a TV above the whirlpool tub, would be nice. I researched online and found Evervue. I worked long distance with an excellent representative named Jackie. Her product knowledge & helpfulness throughout the sales, service ad follow up were fantastic. Even though I live in Cleveland and Evervue is based in Florida, I felt like I was dealing with a home town company. The TV itself is great! I would do business with Evervue again.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“Kelly, Justin, Zach and team did a complete re-wire for home automation, distributed audio-video, outdoor TVs and sound. It was a massive project integrating custom lighting scenes, AV in 8 rooms and outdoor, pool controls, security, enterprise-grade WiFi, and climate controls. The project came out fantastic. We can now control all of our home automation from a single iPhone application, watch the same live sports at the same time with no delay on multiple TVs, etc. They were patient in building programming of the smart home system that meets our needs and have been fantastic to work with post-project as we continue to refine and upgrade the system. Here is the bottom line - we have succeeded in making my wife’s life simpler and more efficient - she is happy with the system, programming, and support. This means it is a success. I cannot recommend them enough. Ask them to see some images of what they’ve done to my property - you’ll be impressed. Jason Hamilton Coto de Caza, CA”
