“I have been a customer of Matt Walin and Brilliant AV for many years. They are always extremely service oriented, knowledgeable and caring. But tonight, they went way above and beyond. At about 8:00 this evening, i emailed them to let them know that we were having trouble with tow of our TV's. Two minutes after I pressed send, Matt called me to say that he was less than 5 minutes away and wanted to come over. He spent about 20 minutes at our house and was able to troubleshoot and get everything working perfectly. Not that this type of service and immediate is expected, but it is very much appreciated and very indicative of my long experience with this company. Thank you Brilliant AV!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“Kelly, Justin, Zach and team did a complete re-wire for home automation, distributed audio-video, outdoor TVs and sound. It was a massive project integrating custom lighting scenes, AV in 8 rooms and outdoor, pool controls, security, enterprise-grade WiFi, and climate controls. The project came out fantastic. We can now control all of our home automation from a single iPhone application, watch the same live sports at the same time with no delay on multiple TVs, etc. They were patient in building programming of the smart home system that meets our needs and have been fantastic to work with post-project as we continue to refine and upgrade the system. Here is the bottom line - we have succeeded in making my wife’s life simpler and more efficient - she is happy with the system, programming, and support. This means it is a success. “We hired EAV after obtaining three quotes to install a new surround sound system, programmable remote, apple tv, amplifier, speakers, etc. Very glad we made the right choice. Everything went very smooth, on schedule, with great communication. They also installed a cooling fan in our equipment cabinet after recognizing the heat buildup would be too much for the components. We had a few issues with the programmable remote a few months after install, and they were quick to respond and come fix the update issue with the software with no trip charge. Awesome company, and Brian the owner runs it the right way, putting customer satisfaction as top priority. Highly recommend.”
