Josh and his crew posses a wide range of skill sets that allow them to execute beautiful projects, on time, with amazing detail. Josh's design skills are exceptional; every project I have seen is stunning. His ability to move between styles proves his dedication to his craft. He does not do the same thing over and over again like so many designers do. All of his work is unique and well thought. I would like point out the professionalism of his crew as well. The guys are "on it". They are engaged, aware and have always had a great attitude when faced with less than exciting situations. Great Company!”

“Over the years, our landscape design team has worked fluidly with the duo at Intex Design and Construction on various outdoor living spaces and pool water features throughout Los Angeles and the Beach Cities surrounding Santa Monica. Bringing clients their very best in service and creativity, we've joined forces with Sam & Alireza because of their dedication in providing top of the line service and their diligence in outlining each project onto a smooth timeline for delivering on time and under budget. With the joining of our two teams, we're able to bring a wide range of skills and global design concepts to each and every project. Meeting clients' needs and expectations are the top priority for both of our companies and together we're able to keep that at the forefront of each project. On our current project together, our teams are designing a complete outdoor living space in Santa Monica. The previous home was built in 1924 was a complete tear down. We're now developing plans for landscaping which will meet Santa Monica code, the issues surrounding the California drought, and the newly designed aesthetics of the home and new pool. “I was very impressed with the amount of attention and time Pool Icons put towards making my pool idea come to reality. I had an overall great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth although we had an initial hold up trying to pull permits. So be prepared for that to affect the schedule this was no fault of Pool Icons. One additional note for anyone reading this there will be dirt everywhere. No matter how many times I cleaned the house it seemed like dirt just kept coming in. Just Deal with it and at the end Pool Icons will do a final cleaning and at that point you can have your clean house back LOL! I would definitely recommend you to give Pool Icons a try plus they had one of the best quotes out of the 6 I received.”
