BEST DINING TABLE OPTION FOR THIS SPACE?

Hi all, I have been looking for the right dining table for this space for ages and I have looked at some home made timber ones with the black industrial legs. This is my parents hand me down and imagining something modern in this space is proving to be difficult, well for me anyway.

    I agree, would look lovely with a jute jug underneath. How is the adjacent area furnished? That will have a bearing too.
