We found Ron to be open, honest and collaborative and provided professional advise and information that helped us expedite our loan approvals even prior to signing the contract with him. Ron also provided advice on the room layout design which made the house look even better than what our initial architecture drawings portrayed.

“We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had Simon build our dream home. This was an architecturally designed project with many individual and unique features and throughout, Simon was meticulous, careful and an excellent communicator.
Even from our first meeting, Simon immediately put us at ease with his easygoing nature, willingness to listen and dedicated approach. He explained things clearly anytime we had questions and followed through on any promises. We were allowed full site access throughout the build, and we appreciated this transparency. Having someone so trustworthy and reliable, really put us at ease and meant that we fully enjoyed the whole building process, which is usually supposed to be stressful!
The project moved along smoothly, regardless of setbacks or unforeseen problems arising, and was completed right on time. We are thrilled with the quality and workmanship of the end-product.
Now one month after moving in, Simon continues to be unendingly helpful and available. We never feel anything is too much trouble and issues are dealt with quickly.
