“I am a building designer and Schmidt & Schmidt Construction has built many of my projects. I have found them to be a very talented group to work with from office staff to construction workers. They do beautiful work from rough to finish. I have found them to be good problem solvers which can be very important sometimes in remodel or addition projects - not "how do I solve this?" - their attitude is always "here is the issue and this is how we think it can be solved". I my experience, they do excellent work at a reasonable price. I always look forward to working with Schmidt & Schmidt Construction.”

“Shane and the Crew at Associated Construction have helped me with several projects spanning over a decade. They have remodeled several commercial buildings, including a restaurant & bar. They also did a major remodel on my house. Craftsmanship, Quality of Work, Job Completion are several of the reasons I have stayed with Associated. I have high traffic facilities that the work performed by Associated manages to hold up to heavy use very well. Very professional & respectful staff from top to bottom at Associated Construction. I highly recommend them for any project. They also have a large network of other trades to help get the job done on time.”

“Giffin & Crane remodeled the exterior and interior of my 1340 sq. ft., 60 year old Santa Barbara Cottage. Although I had heard of G & C, it became quite clear that their reputation for the highest quality work preceded them. This became evident from day one as I witnessed the positive interaction of G&C employees and sub- contractors. While there certainly were less expensive options I trusted G&C's professionalism and expertise. They had realistic deadlines which they met. They made revisions as necessary, with my approval. I was advised on every step of the way and was never surprised by any budget revisions, particularly since I was the one that approved them. For example, I was not satisfied with the Kitchen as originally planned. G&C gave me several options with specific budgets and time lines to chose from, incorporating things that I had requested. I always felt that my opinion was respected and that in the end the decisions were ultimately mine. Together we created a labor of love and a little jewel that I cannot wait to come home to. In the end, it was evident that I was as important to them as someone else with a project four times the size.”

The entire crew is knowledgeable and so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. They do beautiful work and are very easy to work with. As long as I am able to refer clients to a construction company I will be referring them to AAA Development.”

“We hired Zimmerman Construction to add a 2nd floor master suite above an existing garage, BBQ island and enclose a patio to create a 2 story family room with atrium skylight. The 5 star rating was well deserved! Brian Zimmerman was very active with all aspects of the project, made outstanding suggestions through the project and he and his crew focused on the details to get the job done right the first time. What was refreshing throughout the project is that Brian kept me well informed of progress and challenges. He was aware of our tight deadline and did everything possible, including jumping through a few hoops to get the job done on time. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Construction to anyone that is looking to get their project done with the quality expected and at a reasonable price.”
