“Dovetail Construction performed a complete remodel of our home, (See Spring Creek home photos on Dovetails site) a challenge made more difficult by the fact that we lived 1200 miles away. Their budgets were practical and accurate, communications were detailed, timely and concise, their construction schedule was adhered to, and move in happened as planned in April. It was a "can do" attitude through out the entire project. Dovetail is: *Craftsmanship, communication, pride, service, and commitment, made possible by Tim R. and Kevin S. professional construction educations in civil engineering and construction management, prior work experiences, life long friendship and their commitment to their clients. They are the real McCoy. I had been a commercial construction executive for 30 years and have experienced much. It has been a pleasure working with Dovetail. Companies like theirs are hard to find.”

“Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. “We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Betsy Smith of Trademark Construction over the course of a year while we designed and built our new home. Together, they make a great team. They value quality and integrity. Mark's attention to detail is top notch. He brought the smallest things to our attention that we likely wouldn't have thought about until we had lived in the home a while. He does not take short cuts. He is honest and up front. He keeps a VERY clean job site. Both are incredibly creative. Betsy was extremely helpful in the design process. Our home is fairly modern. Betsy made sure our home felt cohesive. She has a great eye and helped bring all of the fixtures and finishes together nicely. Trademark Construction has been in the community for a long time and their relationships with vendors and contractors were evident. They really do have quite the team in place. We appreciated meeting weekly with Mark and Betsy to discuss progress and next decisions. They held our hand through the entire process and made it seem easy. We felt that they truly wanted nothing less than for us to LOVE our home, and we most certainly do! We would highly recommend Trademark Construction.”

Some warned that the process was going to be immensely stressful and that I should expect for things to go wrong or turn out not how I expected. However, I can say with 100% confidence that Wade & Associates Builders were the absolute best partners I could have chosen and they made all the difference. Cooper Wade made himself readily available and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. He provided thoughtful insight and guidance but welcomed open and honest conversations about the directions or desires my husband and I had about different elements of the process. We love our home so much that we readily show those in the area that are thinking to build because we are so proud of it and have been assured by many of the immense quality with which the home was built. The construction process was swift, budgets stayed within range, and the communication was all that we needed it to be. We are so lucky to have partnered with Wade & Associates and we have no doubt when we build again, we will use them once more.”
