“Whitestone Builders and the owner, David Gordon, has had a working relationship with Collaborative Design Group Architecture and Interiors for over 6 years. We have primarily provided him with interior design services for his spec homes and for the majority of his clients for that time period. We do all of the cabinetry design as well, and have just started to do some of his architectural work too. David Gordon is one of the most reputable builders that we work with now and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has assembled a great new team of project managers, and provides a multitude of services to his clients – his most significant is his PCA, Pre-Construction Agreement for new home buyers. This allows David to help them with lot selection and purchase, design direction and the selection of the right architect and interior designer for the project, and has proven to be a popular offering among his clients. It is a great way to bring a professional of his caliber into the initial custom home building process, especially for a new buyer. Whitestone Builders has an exemplary record with our clients as well, David is a man of faith and that shows through in his dealings with our mutual clients. His projects have garnered him numerous awards, and he is active in the houston building community and has acted in numerous leadership roles. Whitestone Builders was named Custom Builder of the Year for 2012 by the Greater Houston Builders Association, their top award in the city. We have enjoyed working with David over the last six years and hope to work with him well into the future.”

“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“Garret Casada went above and beyond to build our home in Washington County. We are so pleased with the results. It is an entirely custom gem of a home and barn that he was excited to build from beginning to end. I cannot rate him any higher for the work he and his team have done. He helped with design issues, was patient and followed through til we were completely happy. I would highly recommend anyone building a large or small project to hand it over to Garret Casada. “For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. Have worked with a variety of contractors and you really never know what your going to get as far as reliability, price, timing, etc. Marsel and his team got the job done on a completely reasonable timeline and the price I was quoted at the beginning is exactly what I ended up paying. Will definitely use them again in the future.”
