“When you decide to build a new home/addition it can be out right intimidating with getting permits and all the decisions to be made. My husband and I decided to build a small home on our property for my parents and started taking on the daunting task of getting permits ourselves. We finally realized it was time to get help and find a contractor. We found Frank and Riki through other reviews and had an amazing experience from the very first meeting. They are a great team and were able to move the permitting process along quickly and with more ease than us alone. The workers they hired were respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Frank is very knowledgeable about his field and Riki keeps things on track and helped us so much with the interior of the home. They kept in contact every step of the way and made an experience that started out miserable much more enjoyable as it should be when building a place you will call home. I can not say enough good thing about these 2. If your looking for a contractor look no further!”

“We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anybody thinking about remodeling their home.”

“I hired Justin to remodel my entry way into the back of my home. Justin worked extremely hard to complete this project in the limited amount of time that I gave him. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The project turned out phenomenal and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any kind of work done in their home or business.”

“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

They source the best subcontractors and always have someone on site when any subs are present. They do what they say at every step of the project. “Tmax Builders remodeled our entire house (almost every inch of three floors), which included all new plumbing, electrical, adding a third floor, creating a master suite out of two rooms and porches and redoing our entire kitchen. Our house is a hysterical Denver square so Travis and his team had to also match 102 year old trim that he had to custom build. It was very important that our remodeled part of the home matched the original part such as doors, trim, built-ins and even the third floor hand rails. Travis’s team are hard workers, always wanting to make sure we were happy and let us be intimately involved in the process. We got to know Travis, Todd, Devin and his son Ronan well and would hire them again to work on any number of our future products. The entire team is very customer focused and when you hire Tmax Builders you hire Travis (Owner) and his core team who are also good friends, you don’t get random subs.”

“Jay and his team at Carve are top notch, I'd highly recommend them to anyone. They did a basement remodel for us and we are extremely happy with the results. Not only do they do excellent work, the entire crew is kind, professional, and courteous. By all accounts, everyone is an expert at their craft and it shows. Jay is also very easy-going and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. During the job, communication was always prompt and clear.
