“I've used BRI twice in the past 4 years. The scope of the work included removing all of the original cypress lap siding and then re-siding our entire house with Hardee. BRI also prepared and repainted all surfaces. We found the office staff to be very accommodating and the carpenters and painters who worked on the house very courteous and skilled. The jobs turned out really well and there were no call backs needed. We are glad to recommend BRI...this company's name was originally given to us by a well known builder in our area and we know of other builders that they have worked with and who also speak very highly of them.”

“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. “Denise and her team did a beautiful renovation to our stairs. They transformed our stairway from carpet to wood. They stained and sealed the wood, making sure we were satisfied with each piece prior to installation. Very professional team with great communication and treated this project as if it were their own house! Highly recommend for any home renovation project!”

“we have used B&S Construction for a number of projects over the approximately last ten years.. They have all been related to the last two condos we hae lived in at the Residemces in World Golf Village.. They hav involved interior painting and flooring in both unts, many minor repairs,, closet doors, installations of fixtures, stoves etc. Major projects have included complete shower replacement of plumbing, drywall and tile. They also glassed in our screened patio to makee an extra year-round room. All work has been satisfactory and of best quality. Communications excellent, estimates prompt and accurate. We would have no problem n using B&S again or recommending them,”
