“It was great working with Jake, he understood exactly what we wanted, spent plenty of time with us going over our initial plans, and advised and recommended solutions wherever necessary- he also got back to us immediately whenever we had queries, hardware delays or design changes that needed to be addressed. Any little thing we were unhappy with he corrected quickly. We’re very happy with our two bathroom renovations!”

“Derek Seaman and all his trades made the whole new home building process a great experience and a lot of fun. He listened to my ideas, offered excellent advice and completed the project on time with no surprises on the budget. He did an excellent job of accurately estimating the costs associated with our project such that at the end the total amount was essentially the same as what was originally predicted except for a few changes we made along the way. I work in the housing industry so I have quite a bit of experience working with contractors. I really appreciated how Seaman and Sons combined the craftsmanship you should expect from a third generation builder with a commitment to the latest energy efficient, high performance technology that is so important in today's world. Derek helped us build a near Zero Energy home that is healthy, safe, amazingly comfortable and promises to be very durable. For example, he helped us source reclaimed brick so the house fits in to an older neighborhood, but also was able to easily achieve the energy efficiency and environmental requirements of the R-2000 program and of the LEED Platinum specification.”

“Pretom has done a couple projects for me and I find them to be honest, hard working and friendly. They are easy to work with and very accommodating to last minute changes in the scope of work. They always took the time to explain site conditions and help figure out solutions to problems that were effective and efficient. They are also very versatile and skilled in many different construction areas. I am a professional in the construction industry with over 15 years experience. “Paul Rogers is a knowledgable, experienced, highly respected builder in the area . Paul's positive attitude, flexibility, willingness to listen, and overall friendly personality made it such a huge pleasure to work alongside both him and his tradesmen. He was extremely responsible on meeting deadlines, kept right on budget with no surprises and always shared with me the prices of materials both high and low. Paul met with me every weekend on site as I lived in another city during the week. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and waited for the go ahead to proceed. All of Paul's tradesmen spoke very highly of Paul along the way and showed huge respect for his talents in the building industry. At the end of my build- it was disappointing to not see both Paul and Ann on a regular basis!! Both of them are charming, personable people.”
