“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. “Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“Randy Leggitt and his team are impeccable whens its comes to details and customer service. They rebuilt our entire house so we saw them do everything from footings to finish. The saw the job all the way through and steered us into good decisions. They are the only GC that I know of who actually does the majority of the work that you see and touch. Cabinets, floors, doors, trim, etc. So instead of having to deal with a Sub-contractor, you deal directly with the people who are doing the work that you see and touch everyday.”
