“I found Adam on a list of contractors for a drought tolerant landscaping project for my front and side yard. I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate. I chose Adam because his quote for service was thorough and easy to understand. He collaborated with the architect too. Adam was accurate in his time frame projections. He started the project on time as stated. Weather was a consideration. Communicating and confirming each step was clear. “When our wooden wall washed out a few months ago during a major winter storm, we were faced with a project we had neither planned to do at the time, nor did we have any idea how to approach a solution. The problem was not just the wall that had collapsed on us, but that every year a kind of waterfall would come down the hill above us gushing between the wooden wall and a concrete wall next to it. The workers were happy to answer our questions and implement our requests as the project progressed. And when they took several days longer than had originally been scheduled (we weren't under a deadline to complete the project), they didn’t add to the labor cost of the work and honored the original bid. As a bonus, one of the workers added new shredded bark to make the landscape areas look new again. In the end, we have two beautiful walls and a solution to a drainage problem that has plagued us since we moved here 14 years ago. We highly recommend Environment Control.”
