“When our wooden wall washed out a few months ago during a major winter storm, we were faced with a project we had neither planned to do at the time, nor did we have any idea how to approach a solution. The problem was not just the wall that had collapsed on us, but that every year a kind of waterfall would come down the hill above us gushing between the wooden wall and a concrete wall next to it. Environment Control’s attention to detail was impressive, as was their interest in our thoughts and ideas. The workers were happy to answer our questions and implement our requests as the project progressed. And when they took several days longer than had originally been scheduled (we weren't under a deadline to complete the project), they didn’t add to the labor cost of the work and honored the original bid. As a bonus, one of the workers added new shredded bark to make the landscape areas look new again. In the end, we have two beautiful walls and a solution to a drainage problem that has plagued us since we moved here 14 years ago. We highly recommend Environment Control.”
