She has also worked to turn an untamed, invasive-choked wooded area/wetland into what we now refer to as our "woodland" filled with native trees, shrubs, ferns and perennials and mulched pathways. “We would give them more than 5 stars if we could. D’Urso Landscape & Construction provides terrific design and installation services. We are really impressed. The most standout aspects are their stellar design, communication/customer service, and installation skills. They have a landscape designer on staff who will come on site and design everything and extensively help with material selection. Once samples are delivered and materials are chosen, they provide a detailed estimate and a to-scale design plan for final review. During installation, the owner Lucio, is personally here every day and heavily involved in the the entire project. He lays most of the materials himself and his team is very competent as well. The installation was precise and polished. It is refreshing to have the owner working alongside the team making sure everything is perfect and interacting with the homeowner to answer any questions that arise. Lucio also approached us a few times to offer some improvements that weren’t in the initial scope of the project such as pulling out old stumps, filling in an empty septic tank, and dealing with some rotted wood issues on my home. When they finished, the cleanup was super as well. Lucio, Kristin, and the entire team are just terrific and a pleasure to work with. They constantly go above and beyond during every phase of the project and, importantly, are good, kind people. We would 100% recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. We are absolutely thrilled with how our landscape has turned out. This company is impressive, knowledgable and most importantly they care about their customers and projects.”

“Words don't suffice- Derek and his amazing crew absolutely TRANSFORMED our whole yard. We went from a nightmare plot with 50+ years of neglect and destruction to an absolute oasis in the city. A new retaining wall, a showpiece fence, a gorgeous pathway and driveway, perfect grass, and tasteful and beautiful plants galore (even 3 wonderful little apple trees!!)... it's our dream come true! “OUTSTANDING. I first hired Kevin in 1990 to landscape my new home in Harvard, basically a "clean slate" of overgrown pricker bushes and a yard that became the woods. Kevin was one of three landscape guys I had come over with whom to discuss a plan of attack, as well as what kind of plants and bushes I liked. Right off the bat he "got" me - very important when you're creating and designing surroundings to be looked at constantly for a long time! We've had him ever since. Kevin is VERY good at doing what's going to look the best and do the best in particular environs. Most recently he has landscaped the grounds around our guest cottage on Bare Hill Pond, a rather tough area due to shade, sloping ground and crumby soil. It is BEAUTIFUL, the color combinations gorgeous without looking like a nursery, very cool rocks strategically placed and everything he planted looks like it belongs there. Kevin has a good eye as well as some pretty creative guys who work for him. I am pleased beyond words ... with ALL that Foster Landscape Construction has done for us over the years.”
