“I have been in real estate investment and development business for close to 45 years and have worked with many architects, engineers, contractors and various consultants. I recently bought a house as an investment and hired Aggie Kiss of Modiano Design to assist me in design and remodel the property. She did more than what a typical architect designer would do. She did her own research to make sure what's important to Buyers to sell the house. Aggie's design was detailed, meticulate, and well thought of. She selected all the plumbing fixtures, hardware, door knobs, flooring, kitchen cabinets, paint color and etc. for me. She went out of her way to make sure the prices were competitive. She also did the hardscape as part of her design. Most of her conceptual designs were in 3D for easy reading and understanding. Her color schemes were tastefully selected - both interior and exterior.We also hired her to stage the house before sale. Again she spent sleepless hours to make sure all the pieces were matched and well presented. The house was sold within two weeks with 10 competing offers way over asking. I cannot be more pleased with the outcome.Bottom line - Aggie loves design and it's her passion. She is dedicated, committed, hardworking and very talented.
