We called Karen Vander Werp of Transforming Interiors and with her amazing vision and incredible eye for detail, our dining/living room has been completely redone and we are so thrilled with the results! She was able to work with a few pieces of furniture that we wanted to keep and incorporated them into an updated an amazing look. From painting our tire woodwork, painting our oak table, modernizing our 3-way fireplace with faux painting and adding a new seating area with beautiful window treatments, the dining room was completely transformed. It was the same with the living room a year later. She was able to see options that we wouldn't have noticed or thought of. From artwork to furniture to accessories to window treatments, she was "spot on" every time. “Bridget has worked with me on two different homes. She helped me update my starter home cost effectively with small changes. She taught me how to accessorize with color and pick solid colored furniture that could be kept up to date with inexpensive pillow or art changes. When it was time to sell my home, it sold at the first showing. I give that credit to her due to her ability to make my small home look bigger and provide function necessary with small children. Not to mention that the main living space looked like it came from a magazine. My new home was a blank slate. She assisted me in picking colors, furniture, accessories and fabrics. She offered her ideas and assisted me in gaining confidence in my choices. She shopped for me-finding me the right pieces for small spaces that needed accessories, including rugs that made a big impact picking up all the colors throughout my home.
