The sales team walked me though all the available options and helped me chose the best stove for me and my family. I've had my FPX for a few years now and it's more than paid for itself. “I stopped by Nordic Stove & Fireplace Center this past weekend. Scott (the co-owner) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. We realized early in the conversation that I live outside an area he can service, however, that didn’t stop him from offering his professional insights and still take the time to provide me with help. I would have definitely purchased from him, however, since I couldn’t, I’m providing this review. 5-star customer service!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Ernie to resolve a problem caused by an fireplace chimney cleaning contractor telling me that there was a problem with the chimney flue of my Isokern fireplace. I fell for his pitch which resulted in the installation of a 8" in diameter flexible metal hose in my chimney. This caused multiple problems as the smoke from the fire did not vent correctly. Ernie offered multiple solutions to the problem and after choosing one he and his assistant were able to remove the flexible hose and restore the original venting. He was professional and pleasure to do business with. Price was very reasonable and the repairs were done as promised and on time. I would strongly recommend Ernie and his company for any contracting needs. Mike Palmer Fairfield,Connecticut”
