“Since writing my previous review, it came to my attention that the company that sold me my fireplace went out of business, and was replaced by a "new" company with the same name. I do not know the particulars, nor do I know if there are different owners. Nonetheless, when Bob Khan saw my review, he contacted me, and offered to try to make it right. He did this by paying for Grill and Fireplace Experts of Aurora to get the parts and repair my fireplace, which is now working as it should. This is greatly appreciated. I still do not know why this fireplace has been so problematic, or why it has taken so long to obtain parts. I would visit with Bob regarding future fireplace needs ( I would like to meet him.), but I doubt if I would ever consider a Napoleon product, based on its past performance.”

“They were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the overall work. We have an in-ground pool and a suck-in kitchen/bar area. They did all the stone work for that and installed a gas grill inside our swim-up bar. I would recommend to family and friends.”
