We went from drab white spindles & boring carpet to fab rod iron spindles and solid hardwood stairs. :) They were very polite, timely, courteous, conscientious, and paid great attention to detail. They finished the project in the time they promised (major bonus!). If we had questions they took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Ryan was always available to answer our questions and hear our suggestions (and, believe me, we are very particular with our home!). Last minute changes weren't an issue for this team - they really wanted to make the customer happy (and they definitely did!). :) Bottom line - they were fabulous to work with and our stairway is now transformed into a lovely showcase!!! :) Thanks again, Ryan and team, you guys are true professionals!!! :)”

“I hired Kaja Gam to decorate a living room of an old Tudor house. Then part of my ceiling in another room caved in. They found the leak, tore out the ceiling, found an excellent roofer to fix the roof and chimney (which was also leaking), added pot lights to the ceiling, re-insulated, finished the ceiling. The we could finally concentrate on the decorating. They looked through the entire house, asking us what we liked and what we didn't. They gave us recommendations for almost every room of the house. We worked together to choose decor for the front room (including, painting, adding crown molding, adding a custom chandelier, custom drapes, custom throw pillows, custom rug, and shopping for furniture). They helped us replace several windows and the front door (all of which were custom jobs, since the house is from the 20s). Side note - we had tried to have the windows replaced a year earlier and every company we contacted said it couldn't be done because they didn't do custom sizes. Kaja and co. found a cabinet maker to help us add more storage to the kitchen. The cabinets are custom, but match the existing cabinets perfectly. They changed the lighting in the kitchen, and added a backsplash. Bottom line is they can do anything, and the quality is impeccable. They always go for high end items, so if you have a lot of money to spend, you are in luck. There were several times we had to say that their choices were just too expensive, but alternatives were found (sometimes by us, sometimes by them). If we had an unlimited budget, I'd have them re-do just about everything in the house. In the end, I wish they had spent a little more time on the finishing touches (placing accessories, etc), but overall an excellent company that I definitely hope to use again.”
