He knows his products - positives and limitations - and describes them without bias. Jim comes across as an advisor, not a high pressure salesperson. He provides a clear plan and estimates of costs. Once we decided to accept his proposal, he personally came on site to measure and then deliver a detailed set of plans. In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge. Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths. From beginning to end, Jim uses a partnering approach - and applies an ethical standard to his work.”

Instantly she grasped our ideas and pulled together tile selections in a matter of minutes that worked perfectly. Her next question was “What color paint are you going to use?” and she pulled out paint selections to make a fabulous recommendation even though she didn’t even sell paint. “We were given Bev's name and number from a contractor (we didn't use). From the beginning it was a great working relationship, she listened and took my dreams for my kitchen and created just what I wanted and we needed. She created the layout, we took pictures, she still came to our home and measured the dimensions-for placement. Bev placed the order for our cabinets an gave us a date range for delivery- they were on time. The installation was also on time. There was an issue with the width of two cabinet door, which she took care of and the were ordered and replaced within a week. Bev also helped me pick out the hardware for the cabinets and drawers-which was great.. She was very professional, knowledgeable, meet deadlines and our budget, which is very important on a big project like your kitchen.”
