“I used the Fulham branch of John Lewis of Hungerford to design, supply and fit a new kitchen in summer 2016 and was very happy with the experience. I already had a fairiy clear idea of the overall design I wanted but my project manager Rebecca was very helpful and patient in making recommendations and finalising details, changing the plans numerous times until I was completely happy. Her communication was excellent throughout, both by phone and email. The kitchen was delivered on time and the fitting was carried out quickly and professionally, with just a handful of minor snags which were resolved quickly and without quibble. The quality of the kitchen is very good - it feels solid and looks expensive - and the price compared well with other mid-range companies I looked at. I saved money by buying my worktop and appliances elsewhere - JLH were happy for me to do that and there was no "hard sell".
