“Gabor did a fabulous job installing my Purparket hardwood floor. This floor requires special installation and I called several installers. Gabor and one other installer knew the correct procedure. I met with both and had a good vibe from Gabor. I love that it's a family business and they all work to do a fantastic job and ensure you are satisfied with your install. I even recommended them to my parents.”

“From asking the right questions in his showroom, to narrowing down our optimum flooring choices, to providing a professional installation crew, Ben at Floors Direct North was the consummate contractor. We were encouraged to take samples home to see them in our home's lighting. His estimate was within our budget and he worked with us to book the work to our schedule. The installers showed up when promised and were friendly, conscientious and hard working. Any difficulties (like the nosing to be installed at the basement stairs wouldn't work without some tricky alterations) were brought to our attention and discussed to resolve to our satisfaction. The cleanup was spotless at the end of each day. Our new wood floors are so awesome it will be difficult to put the furniture back! We couldn't be happier.”
