Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. “We had extensive water damage to several rooms, including a 30-year-old oak parquet floor, and both the insurance rep and the first contractor we interviewed said the floor would have to be replaced as there was no hope of repair. However, once the floor had thoroughly dried, this firm was able to remove, clean, reglue, sand and restain so that the floor looks as good new. The team was clean, prompt, and did a great job matching similar flooring across the hallway.”
