“Artisan Floors is phenomenal at what they do. Their knowledge and expertise of wood in general is mind blowing. Regardless of their work, just listening to Dave, Pat and Josh speak about wood, their enthusiasm and ideas, really motivates you to want to "know more" and that's what they do. They educate the customer insofar as they are capable of making an independent, very important decision, and then Artisan comes in knocks 'em dead with expert precision and craftsmanship. There's a lot of "sales" guys out there who make you pick out your own wood from samples in a rack, that put pressure on you to "close" the deal. Artisan Floors is a friendly and casual, yet professional atmosphere, which offers greater of ease of decision making as well as the fact that they are just so completely informative, that when it's all said and done, you could then become a consultant for the NWFA!”

“I am a cabinet designer who has worked with Juli for over 15 years on various projects from large to small ones. She has so much passion and enthusiasm that you cannot help but get excited with the process. She really listens to your wants and concerns and will give her honest opinion when asked. She has a great eye for design and really strives to make each project fit the consumer. She stays on top of the current trends and goes beyond to make your project not look like everyone else's. I am so excited about her reclaimed wood business coming to Des Moines. I took a client there just today who was extremely excited about everything that was shown to her. Juli and April really took the time to explain the different products and made suggestions on where those could be used in our project. I would highly recommend Juli, April and Iowa Reclaimed Floors.”

“Great product, fast service, excellent craftsmanship. Had over 4500 feet of custom cut 8in plank 3/4 in thick quarter-sawn white oak. Derrick tracked it down, got us a great price and had it delivered and installed earlier than bid. And I can't begin to tell you the furniture grade quality of wood that showed up! No overtures, no surprises; just a fabulous unique floor. Added a custom designed radiating parquet pattern in the entry from the same boards and it looks unbelievable. Also custom cut stair treads for a tall spiral case with the quarter-sawn wood showing above and below the stairs; just awesome. Worth every penny you spend with them. If they want X dollars, give them X and just relax and wait for your floor. No worries and no problems.”

“We chose Chase Flooring to install cork floors in our master bedroom, yoga room, and walk in closets. Kirk was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us decide the color and type of cork that best suited our needs. We wanted cushion for the exercise room but durability that could withstand two cats. He suggested a scratch resistant floated cork floor. It was installed the day after the order arrived. The crew was punctual and left the work areas clean.”
