“I worked with Raven last spring when I decided to replace my carpet with hardwood flooring. I wasn't sure exactly what to install, but Jason listened to my preferences and brought samples of several flooring types to help me decide. I ended up choosing a 5" wide prefinished acacia (which I love). This all sounds pretty typical, but two significant things set Jason apart from other contractors, in my opinion. First: Jason is extremely responsive. Getting some companies to answer their phone, let alone return a call or e-mail is a challenge. Not with Raven. Jason is genuinely happy to answer questions and he took time to listen to my questions and explain the process, techniques, options, etc. involved with completing my project. Second: quality workmanship. With Jason, no detail was overlooked. Not only did he install my floor (and a beautiful diagonal pattern in a border in my dining area), but when he noticed one of my door frames was missing trim, he got the material, stained it to match, and installed it for me. Jason is timely, professional, and an expert on what he does. He's also really friendly! I can't recommend him--and Raven--highly enough.”

“We couldn't be happier with our floors! They were very professional, and provided us with assistance in choosing the right stain for our project. (They also rebuilt our stairs, which were previously not up to code.) They suggested putting in new vents into the floor, that blended in with everything perfectly! We also had some spots that needed to be patched, due to water staining, etc. and you literally cannot even tell where the patching was done! I am so pleased with their work, and would recommend them to anyone!”

“Robert and his team provided complete floor restoration with portions of new flooring and repair in our last few houses. I have known them and hired their services for 12 years and have appreciated the quality of workmanship and their honesty and diligence. I have hired them for 5 unique jobs and only once had a minor concern. That concern was corrected happily at no charge. We were completely happy with their staining, refurbishment and new floor installation. They are the only hard wood flooring company I will ever use again.
