“I met David Katz when I was interviewing landscape architects for a pool and spa I wanted to build on a property I'd recently acquired in the Hudson Valley. I'm a business person myself and very careful when choosing who I work with. Accordingly, I interviewed 5 different architects before choosing to go with Elite.
Everyone I met with was talented, but David Katz was on a different level. Whereas others would walk the property and talk about what they thought, after I'd walked the property with David and we had talked, he started drawing. Within 15 minutes, I had a full rendition of what was clearly right for the property.
If there were one theme to my relationship with Elite, it would be this--execution. The other architects talked vaguely of being able to get the pool done in 15 months or so. I told David I wanted to be swimming in thee months. He said I was crazy. I asked him if he could get it done. He said yes. Three months later, on the 4th of July weekend, my family was swimming.
That's what's truly special about David and the Elite team--they can get the job done, on time, and on budget. Moreover, while I was forced to manage my house contractors daily, I didn't have to even think about Elite. They transformed our property in exactly the right way, and I didn't have to manage a thing. That has rarely happened to me before, and it was fantastic.
Shortly after the completion of the pool and spa, I engaged Elite on another large scale project on the property. Just like the pool and spa, it was also done perfectly and perfectly on time and on budget. Elite (and in particularly, Mitch, David's son) continues to service our property and I suspect we'll build something great again in the future. I can't recommend the Elite team highly enough. If you want to do something great, they are your team.”

“This was my first pool and enclosure. I was blessed to be able to get them both at the same time. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable from the onset. I had many questions about the enclosure, as well as the pool. Alex was always professional and patient and answered all of my questions.
Alex never pressured me on which enclosure to purchase. His company offers several models, in various price ranges and options. At first I was trying to select the most economical model. I didn't realize what I was looking at with my first choice. Eventually it dawned on me that I was choosing the wrong model for my needs. I wanted an enclosure that could double as a greenhouse. After further research and investigation, I decided to upgrade to what I really wanted. It was a lot more expensive, but I knew I was only going to do this once. Alex never tried to steer me to a more expensive enclosure, which I thought was remarkable.
My enclosure is not cheap, but to me it is worth every dollar I spent. It has been a little over a year since my enclosure was installed. I have had zero problems with it. It has been a fantastic experience!
The benefits of the enclosure are many. Pool maintenance is kept at an absolute minimum. Since the enclosure is retractable, many options are available. The enclosure itself is beautiful and highly functional. The structure is lockable, and provides a sense of security, as well as comfort . The list goes on and on.

“We worked with Nick to construct our gunite pool in October of 2013 and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We spoke to many pool companies in Fairfield county, but in the end it was his keen eye for design and extensive experience in the pool industry that really helped solidify our decision. He had our best interests at heart the entire time we worked with him across every detail, from the exact color of plaster we wanted down to the best and most practical material to use for our patio (that wouldn't be too hot on our young kids' feet.) He's an honest guy who was never trying to sell us the most expensive product…he actually steered us away from the original patio material we thought we wanted (that was much more expensive) and we're so happy he did. We had a perfect summer enjoying our pool and spa.
This past month, we even had him back with his crew to install a drainage system in our yard. It was a pretty extensive project that they made look very easy. They completed it quickly without any hiccups.
