After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. “Of all the contractors/designers we had come to the house to quote, Joe was the only one able to provide a solid recommendation on what we should do with the space we had (which wasn't very much). All others gave us a bunch of options, but Joe had a clear vision that would meet all of our requirements as well as our budget. Throughout the entire experience, Joe was VERY responsive. He also went beyond our expectations when we needed him the most. Short version of the story, 1 mth after our pool opened a wind storm picked up our BBQ and it ended up in our pool causing a large tear in the liner.
