Design & LoClassic style with a twist, our colour pop nursery concept was designed for a young family in Sussex. The brief was to create a unique and impactful space using a bold accent colour and layered colours and textures. Our colour loving clients wanted to add the wow factor, so we proposed painting the woodwork in a vibrant orange and create a strong contrast by keeping the wall paint neutral. We included patterned green tiles to the fireplace to modernise the original features.
Patterned DesignA private client commissioned Patterned Design to dress the guest bedroom and two powder rooms with the wallpaper.
The brief was to create or use existing wallpaper designs that would match the house's colour pallet and complement its Georgian style.
Gorgeous Snake pattern in classic burgundy was a perfect match for the powder room on the ground floor. Our client loved this design so much that he also purchased a snake lighting feature that belonged to us and was the initial inspiration for that motive.
Julia Chasman DesignThe large bathroom has a double-ended orange clawfoot tub in the center of the room, with a skylight above for stargazing. The vintage chaise longue is recovered in hand-printed fabric by Kathryn M Ireland. The grey double vanity was sourced through Houzz.com, with George Kovacs sconces from Lumens, and mid-century art from Andy Warhol and Keith Haring, interspersed with mounted antlers to keep the desert theme alive. Moroccan style mirrors add the eclectic touch to the room's decor.

Rooms With Attitude!Two twin beds from a previous trundle are transformed into a King-size bed. Ends of trundle are put together to create one large upholstered headboard. Zebra fitted faux fur cover with colorblock twin size blanket placed at an angle!
