Medford RemodelingOur designers also included a small column of built-in shelving on the side of the cabinetry in the kitchen, facing the dining room, creating the perfect spot for our clients to display decorative trinkets. This little detail adds visual interest to the coffee station while providing our clients with an area they can customize year-round. The glass-front upper cabinets also act as a customizable display case, as we included LED backlighting on the inside – perfect for coffee cups, wine glasses, or decorative glassware.

The stair is customized for college library project, fabricated by Demax Staircase&Railing. The client required only ten steps, so the step riser is a little bit high, but it is also okay to go up and down. KH Home Design and FurnishingsThis mudroom opens directly to the custom front door, encased in an opening with custom molding hand built. The mudroom features six enclosed lockers for storage and has additional open storage on both the top and bottom. This room was completed using an area rug to add texture.
Rebecca Quandt InteriorsThis laundry room was quite compact. It was 1" too narrow to allow side by side washer/dryer. By stacking front-loading units, we were able to include cabinets for all your laundry storage needs. You would never know that the bottom cabinet un-clips from the wall and easily rolls out of the way when appliance maintenance is required.

Saltwater Kitchen & Bath StudioThis room belongs to a little girl who loves horses and surfing. It was a 10 x 10 x 10 blank canvas that the parents wanted to keep simple but maximize storage so that it could grow with their little ones tastes and needs. To accomplish this we did white built-ins to the ceiling and added a trundle bed for sleep overs. The colors were pulled from the Ikat quilt the little girl picked out.
