“Rob and Kassia Zinn of OAD transformed the 1950s house we purchased from one with dark, small rooms to a sleek, modern home. We now have beautiful views of the river behind the house from not just the kitchen, but the living and dining rooms as well. Their concept and design of a 500' deck off the second floor expanded our living space to the outdoors and turned a nondescript house into an exceptional one. Not only were they professional and timely, but OAD was cost-efficient as well. I have worked with several architects over the last 35 years but of all, OAD is exceptional.”
