“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

Peter kept us informed regarding his work throughout the design process and was able to provide prototypes to see what the final sculpture would look like. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. “We spoke to a number of architects for help with our bungalow refurbishment. We were drawn to Minesh's enthusiasm for our project and his impressive range of experience. We were looking for design ideas and help with the building regulations drawings. Having now completed this stage, we can say we are very pleased with the services provided by Minesh. He was approachable, positive and friendly throughout. A project like this can be very stressful, however we felt relaxed and constantly reassured. From the onset, he provided fantastic ideas and we have been extremely impressed with his knowledge of the building industry.
