We did a gut renovation of a South End townhouse in 2012 and Jeff and Pam guided us through the entire process. They created an extraordinary home that embodies a harmonious, clean and elegant style throughout. I feel that the house reflects our sensibilities and that B+K's design, sophistication, and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful and comfortable home that we enjoy immensely.”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“Alan designed a beautiful addition for me. Alan was amazing from beginning to end. Alan is very knowledgable about his field and carefully explained the parameters of what could and could not be done with my project. He listened patiently and was willing to do several re-dos of the design providing me with different and creative options. Alan went over and above of what is expected making several visits to the planning and building department to ensure we complied with the town and building regulations. He also made numerous site visits. He is utterly reliable, prompt and willing to be creative to stay within your budget. Alan isn't happy unless you are happy and works tirelessly until that is achieved. I would highly recommend him.”

“I hired these full service architects to design and oversee an addition to my house. Having had a grandchild, we needed more than two bedrooms. Andrew Reck designed a wonderful-feeling space that fits totally with the style of my house, a renovated 50's modern structure that we had renovated in 1999. He managed to find a way to incorporate a new stairway and second floor, containing two bedrooms, a bath, and a deck, that seems to have been part of the original design. He was completely on deadline, was very responsive about any questions, and is a really nice, talented person to boot. I have definite opinions about design, and he was easy to work with, convincing me to change my ideas because he had good arguments for me to do so. He also incorporated several of my ideas into the design. The space is nearly complete, and we really look forward to using it. I am very glad to have had his conceptual and practical help in this project.”

“Patrick is a calm intelligent and creative design build contractor / Licensed Architect . He has an under graduate degree from Harvard . I only mention this because he most likely wouldn't . :) Patrick has designed and added a large garage / studio to our home . He also came up w/ some cleaver ideas on a kitchen facelift . He is construction is quality and costs are reasonable. He plays well w/ others ...”

“We have worked with Carl Solander on several projects (large and small) on our 3 family in Brooklyn, NY. He helped us with a full basement reno, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor deck work. We were extremely impressed with his comprehensive knowledge of materials. His designs are modern and beautiful and a pleasure to live in. “Diane Lim brought fresh, creative, thoughtful design skills to a tricky remodeling project that involved joining two very different condos in a Back Bay building into one unit. We had worked with her once before on a kitchen remodeling project, which turned out great! She knew our style, which is why we went back to her for this most recent project. Throughout both projects, she was highly professional, knowledgeable, and on-time with her work. With an open and positive outlook, Diane listened to our ideas, and communicated well with our contractor. I have already recommended her to friends, and wholeheartedly recommend her now..”

“My wife and i had a small house in newton, mass. We had at the time three young boys and not enough room for all so we started looking aroind and we found Allen Taylor he came over and started working away on plans for new addition we met with builder and all went perfect never met someone that went out of his way to make shure things were done to specs so we had him draw plans for a garage city approved it and agin everyone involved in building it said they were inrest by him”
