It was a project we had been putting off for several years, but after we decided to take the leap they made it a wonderful experience. We selected NV for this project because they had done a lot of work for friends and we saw the quality firsthand, and they allowed us access to all materials, whether they were in their standard network or not (this was not true of many remodelers, who only work with certain vendors). We found KSA kitchens both Carol and KJ to be very accomidating when I called or E mailed I always received a response in a very timley manner. “We have hired CJ and Donna Dorman to help plan and remodel our master bathroom. Our planning and selection process has nearly been completed with final details being arranged this week. Donna is cheerful, confident and wise is offering suggestions for cabinet design and layout and was helpful in selection ideas for the faucets, mirrors and lighting as well as suggestions for the "little things" like the towel racks and tp holder. She has made a trip out to the granite dealer to see our selection and then to bring a sample for us as well as possible porcelain color choices for this. CJ has been on the scene for measurements, suggestions as well as helping us identify a moisture issue elsewhere in the house... (that we hope is unrelated to this planned project!) We had our kitchen remodel done with Dorman a few years back and we were thrilled with the outcome. When we were considering a bathroom remodel, we chose Dorman first and without seeking another estimate. The workers were professional and punctual and the project came in on time and on budget. “Kitchen, bath and floors usa, Inc installed and refinish my present hardwood floors with speed and professionalism. This past Spring 2014 they removed my old carpet in the living, family, and formal dining rooms; then installed hardwood in those rooms. They also sanded, restained and polyurethaned my present hardwood floor in the kitchen. They are extremely professional and prompt on any questions one may have. I would recommend them to anyone to do the same work I have done.”
