That overhauling included gutted 1945 vintage bathroom and modernized with bead board, new shower tub surround, toilet, vanity,/mirrored cabinet, new flooring, added crown molding, ceiling paint, repairs to walls, and paint. The Kitchen was refinishing cabinets, new hardware, paint (including ceiling), new flooring. The Sun Room...aka Breezeway, new flooring, repairs to walls, paint (including ceiling).
