“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“I am having a complete kitchen redo. Mike Guthrie has been very professional. He did a great design and his estimate was right on. His knowledge of granitic really helped me pick my slab. He has been very patient with me since I have so many questions. Not only is he a great contractor, but is a really nice person and easy to work with. “Had Shane take off old mirrors in bath. We had custom cabinets put in that we're mad for us taller people. He had to repair drywall,install new cabinets. The bathroom is much more modern looking. He was easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend! Totally pleased with what he did for our master bath. Professional and always communicated with us.”

“When I was considering custom cabinets for my home, I interviewed several cabinet designers. Kurt Mckeithan impressed me the most. His education in design caught my attention immediately, and once we started the design process, Kurt and I worked very well together. He's a very congenial person and quite professional as well. As we continued to develop this project, Kurt would propose different ideas and we typically discovered solutions together. The finished product is the true testament to Kurt's ability and creativity. Our kitchen became the focal point of our home. It is a true pleasure to work with Mckeithan Design Studio, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Hartert-Russell built a custom entertainment unit with shelves and two side desks for our bonus room. Initially I came to them just knowing I needed storage and wanted to spice up the room but didn't know exactly what I wanted it to look like. Ian and his designers developed several different design ideas based on my budget and we love the end result. No detail was missed from the soft-close doors, to hidden power strips, to warm hidden lighting, and the craftsmanship is better than anything I've ever seen. You can tell they love what they do and have a passion for this space as it shows in their interactions as well as their work. I would recommend them to anyone, and can't wait to come up with another project to have them help with!”

“We were so thankfull to find John. We have seen other contractors and design builders and he was by far the most enjoyable to work with. His respect as to what we were looking for and eye for design was spot on and he had ideas that we would never have thought of to utilize the space. We were very impressed hoe he was able to have a clean work space and at the end of every day it was cleaner then we had it before he started the job. The price of the job was also very reasonable and considering his experience and awards were very surprised. We also felt very comfortable leaving him with our house for an extended period of time.We have already recommended him to some friends. Thanks you john for making our project go as smoothly and beautiful as it is. We would give 6 stars . Fred , Northern Baltimore county MD”

“Owner (Jim) is courteous and professional. Jobs are scheduled about eight weeks after the bid, due to service demands. Suggestions on improvements (cost free) are offered. I wanted a 6 inch tile on my bathroom floor but couldn't find one that I liked so, I settled for a twelve inch. Jim took the twelve inch, went shopping and found a matching six inch. Woo-Hoo I get the floor I wanted at no extra cost.”
