“I enjoyed working with Huges for a number of reasons. They took the time to look at the space, listen to my concerns and ideas, and then help refine them to address what my vision of the space could be. An example would be in remodeling the kitchen we did not have a dishwasher but with a review of the space we were able to add the dishwasher and include a new drawer unit as well. The workers also addressed some small details that were not even discussed originally - they made our mover the range microwave look built. They also corrected a problem with a new cabinet that was installed that backed up to an existing cabinet (you could see the back of the new cabinet and open space that caused an awkward drop. They looked at the problem and solved it without any problem, complaint, or extra cost. We were able to stay within our budget. The end result of the whole kitchen remodel gave us what we wanted and opened up a small kitchen. We liked them so well that they are going to be working on our next project – our bathroom. We are just wrapping up the details and are looking forward to a completely new bathroom.”

“We hired Regency Developers to completely remodel out full upstairs bathroom. Other than the sink and toilet, this bathroom and it's fixtures were original to the house when built in 1940. The bathroom had seen better days and we knew it was going to be a tough job. There is no one I trust more to handle a difficult job more than Regency. We have used them before and found their unparalleled expertise, honesty and professionalism to consistently exceed our expectations. In the case of our bathroom project, Regency had to replacer all of the plumbing and electrical. They had to completely insulate and put up moisture barriers in the walls, ceiling and floor. They had to replace and straighten wall structure to make the room plumb. The finish work was amazing. Everything was completed with utmost care and an eye to every detail. You would not know this was the same bathroom. We have lived here for almost twenty years and it's like we've discovered this cool new room in our old house. The only possibly negative comment that I can make is that I don't see my wife anymore as she has permanently moved into our new bathroom because she loves it so much.”

“We couldn't be happier with our kitchen: the new countertops add just the right amount of splash and WOW; which is fully supported by the bit of tile artwork inlaid in the hutch portion of the cabinets. The best part of this upgrade is the choice of the paint color in the gentlest, palest grey which lets the backsplash take top billing. Our master bath needed a fresh coat of new paint and happily it got a new outlook and persona: it is now welcoming and cozy yet it looks twice the size as before, all from 1 can of paint. The entire partial facelift project was not only done slightly ahead of schedule by workers who were very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Studio 76.”
