Steve Earl is very knowledgeable and offers many options. He even pointed out areas where I could save money by not replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. His carpenters are friendly and have always gone the extra mile to keep my home clean. More importantly, they know what they are doing! Homecare's subcontractors have been prompt and professional and have done excellent work as well. I couldn't recommend Homecare more.”

“We hired NewSpaces in late April 2013 with a tight deadline to finish the project by June 6th. The staff was very helpful and came to see our house; they viewed our likes and dislikes and really toured our house to get a sense of our tastes and style. Then they came back to us with 4 project idea fitting both our styles and a wide range of costs for the total kitchen remodel. We picked some ideas from two of the plans to create a truly unique and very personal kitchen to our tastes and functionality. The processes began about two weeks later our carpenter was very professional and walked us through the process almost every day. He was very neat and when issues arose informed us of said issue and gave thoughtful solutions. We did run into one issue with drawings and expectations and final results. Although New Spaces offered many solutions we picked one that worked for all parties involved. We love the new kitchen and most of all its functionality. I would recommend NewSpaces for jobs like this because of skill, expertise and knowledge.”

“IDC demonstrated excellent work quality, sales. trade and supervisory personnel who care about doing their best, and a fantastic selection of materials. Designer was easy to work with and knew how to give opinions in collaborative manner. It will be easier to make a cost analysis and do a comparison with other firms and materials alternatives if you identify specific materials in advance of getting a job total. Otherwise, it's unclear what you're paying for job components. If you're dealing with allowances (e.g., new construction), this may not be an issue.”

“BC Projects quoted the lowest of 4 contractors. They also allowed us to do the demolition for the bathroom remodel which saved several thousand dollars. The work they did was very good, especially the tile. It did take them longer to do the project than I thought it would, but within reason. We also liked that they allowed us to buy the materials, like the tile and cabinets, which would have incurred the contractor add-on if BC would have purchased the items.”
