“A few years ago we decided to redo our 24 year old kitchen. It was a big job and Lally handled ever aspect with impeccable skill. Everything was clean and neat at the end of each work day. Lally employees are always friendly and pleasant to be around. They make the the construction time as painless as it can possibly be. Our kitchen turned out to be magnificent . Just last year we had Lally come and redo our master bath. It was a huge job which required a lot of demolition to remove all the old tile ,floor and wall,old cabinetry,and mirrors . They handled this with amazing skill and as little mess as possible. We now have a beautiful new bath with new cabinets, new shower, and all new fixtures. What an incredible change. Needless to say, we would have Lally back in our home for any future renovations! We have been extremely pleased with the work Lally produced.”

“I contracted with Mr. Edwards to remodel my kitchen which was about a 1980's look. The cabinets were made of wood but the doors were of pressed wood. I also had outdated wine cabinets and bookcases which needed updating. Mr Edwards suggested remaking the two wine cabinets into shelves for cookbooks, and two covered cabinet spaces which now open into two desk and computer spaces which now give me and my son a work space. Mr. Edwards made a new wine rack and cabinet which he suggested for a space that was not being utilized. One of the most difficult jobs he had was to finish new cabinet and bookcase doors to the exact finish that was on the parts that we did not have to replace. He spent an inordinate amount of time working to get the match. I am pleased to say that it is perfect. He personally installed the entire job. When he installed the drawer fronts he told me the original drawer frames were really not good. I did not contract for him to do the inside of the drawers because I was trying to save money. He wanted them to be right so he said he would make new frames for the original cost. He made 8 new frames. I have an open den/kitchen he replaced the bookcase doors in the den with a perfect match to the kitchen. Mr. Edwards is very conscious of doing quality work. He was timely, his price for the job was very reasonable. He understands his craft, is professional and easy to work with. I think he is the best. I give him the highest recommendation.”

“We presented a challenging project: a large addition; a strict budget; a long list of "needs"; and, placement limited by sight lines and parking. We added a two story addition of approximately 1200 square feet connecting through to the existing structure. This involved reorienting the exterior basement steps. The first floor consists of a laundry room, coat closet, kitchen, master bedroom, and bath with a zero entry shower. The second floor has an arched entry to a sewing nook, storage area and a media room. We used a mixture of tile, wood and carpet for the floors. We retained some brick walls and extensively used bead board to reflect the cottage nature of the existing home. Eddie, as he is now known to friends and neighbors alike, met with U.S. And our architect to discuss our plans. With his broad knowledge of construction and materials, Eddie was invaluable in providing us information that enabled us to make choices that met our budgetary constraints while achieving the look and feel that we desired. It was important to him that we were comfortable not only with him but our chosen options. The subcontractors and suppliers recommended and used by Eddie were all knowledgable and courteous and provided a full range of options. Our neighbors commented on how hard working and efficient they were. They worked hard on our behalf and took great care with our home. The work was done in a timely fashion despite uncooperative weather. Eddie was very hands on for our project. For most of the construction he was here daily. We also texted and spoke on the phone often. He always took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and was open to discussing options and changes and any budgetary consequences. He was a good sounding board on the many choices that needed to be made. He kept us informed on the timetables for the different trades. With Eddie's help and hard work we have a " rest-of-our-lifetime " home to love and enjoy. We look forward with working with him on some smaller projects that we have planned. I have numerous photos of construction and final product.”
