“We hired Lou and his team to do our kitchen in October 2014. My wife and I had been very frustrated by the process we started in March 2014 with several other contractors. We eventually hired a kitchen planner so we can have a neutral party give us suggestions since we were not too impressed with the contractors and did not want to hire any to get plans made. Once we got out plans, we reached back out to those initial contractors for bids and I found Limitless Kitchen and Bath (ie. Lou) online to include in the mix. I have to say that I was impressed with Lou and Vanessa from the start. He showed up on time, was very communicative via phone/email/text messages, and showed good construction knowledge. He was very straight forward about how he works, things we may encounter, his skills outside of just kitchen remodels (we planned on replacing our electrical panel and some minor other changes), and prior work. We decided to hire him and were glad we did. He gave us a fair price, detailed plans, and a reasonable end date estimate that also left him some time if things got backed up. We ended up using that time to do a few projects around the house that came up and/or we wanted to do at some point. He was very clean in his work and always vacuumed up when he was done. This is a big deal since the kitchen is a central part of our house. He and Vanessa were responsive to our multiple questions via text and he kept us updated as we went along. The cabinets look great, are built well, and have strong, smooth glides in them. We had not planned on doing our floors, but he recommended we do it to make the finished product look good and even found a great discounted rate to do our entire downstairs versus just the kitchen. We were not excited about the trash door that we wanted to have a spring open but it also was slow close, so they conflicted. He researched online and found a great motor device that allowed both to be used together which was exactly what we wanted. All in all, he finished early, delivered a great product, had good communication along the way, provided a fair price, and showed he has a high level of skill and attention to detail to be successful. I would highly recommend him for anyone doing a kitchen/bath project or other home improvement projects for that matter”
