“We hired AWS to remodel our kitchen and adjacent mud room. I like that AWS does the work themselves and doesn't have to subcontract out the work. This made the project timeframe about 1/2 compared to others we received quotes from. Another positive to having AWS do our work is that they actually send the lead contractor out to see your space, take measurements, and give input on what may or may not work in your space. This helped us from the beginning understand what might have been an unrealistic vision for our renovations (financially and feasibility of actual space). The only negative I had with AWS was with the vendors they really pushed on us. We found products to use elsewhere and are very happy with them and are even happier with what we saved. Renovations are so expensive, so it was nice to try and save some costs (but still have quality items). We have already hired AWS for another project this year and will be looking to use them again in early 2018.”

“I first met Michael about 10 years ago. I collaborated with him on a couple kitchens and was really blown away by his skills in the industry. Michael has a great knowledge of architectural designs and knows how to incorporate his vision with his clients needs to create phenomenal spaces both inside the home, outside the home or the home its self. I would recommend Michael and Promaster contracting to anyone that fears the process of selecting the right Design/Build firm. Promaster takes all those fears away.”

“We hired Green Star to do a Bathroom Remodel. Replacing our old tub with a new walk in shower. We had a small area for the tub and toilet and now we have an on suite. They were not pushy. They did everything we ask and in a timely manner. They protected our property through out the job and cleaner up every day before leaving. We have had a lot of good comments about the job and I would highly recommend them.”

“We hired Louisville Handyman to build built in bookcases, a new staircase to the basement, install new flooring through most of our main floor, and remodel a kitchen. They did an excellent job. They listened to what we wanted and we loved the finished jobs. They were very detail-oriented and the finished product was amazing. We are so thrilled with them that we plan to hire them to remodel our bathrooms. We loved the open communication so there were never surprises. They kept on top of the cabinet makers when they were delayed and made sure all subcontractor work was to our satisfaction. If a job was not up to par they made sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. I would and have recommended them to others.”

“GRB Design completed one bathroom and one half bath. The work was completed in eight working days. The work crew arrived on time each day, were courteous and cleaned up before they left each day. The end result exceeded our expectations and we get lots of compliments from friends who have seen the remodeled. bathrooms. I am planning on using GRB Design next year when we remodel the remaining bathroom in the house.”
