“Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”

“My repairs consisted of many projects first was repairing cracked foundation due to my neighbor running into my garage along with repairing hardyplank and replacing my fence then fixing inside my garage that also was damaged then they did some outside cosmetic work painting etc the job turned out so nice I had them work on the inside of my house replace a toilet fix my ceiling where my roof leaked some more painting redid the floors in both bathrooms and also replaced the carpet in bedrooms Heather help and picked out the carpet and floors and the colors she picked out were perfect I can’t even begin to tell ya’ll what a wonderful job they did they’re very professional showed up on time and so very friendly I highly recommended Amoraz for whatever your project may be Thanks again Heather”

“David and his crew were excellent! They were on time all the time, actually perform the job and kept me abreast of each stage. I had a time limit for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and all were completely finished a day ahead of the schedule. The work was professionally done and the outcome is so beautiful. The only downside was the cost. It was quite expensive but I was happy with the result! Will definitely recommend Houston remodeling contractors to anyone wishing to get their services.”

“For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. “Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”
